I noticed you use acrylic paint which is what I want to use, but I want to know if shows on the next page. Also Is it better or worse to water the paint down? I want to paint galaxy, which requires layering of paints, so do you think it will show through the page? Thanks sooo much!! :)
I usually don’t have much of a problem with my acrylic paints bleeding throught. But I try not to water them down too much, specially the first layer of paint I put on, since the pages show through more when you get them wetter. Good luck with painting your galaxy!

The extended versions have a couple more pages than the original version. But they’re all the same for the different covers.

I use acrylic paints and mostly use stabilo point 88 pens to write/draw.
Other than that I occasionally use colored pencils. I haven’t found a specific kind of marker I like to color with. Don’t use Sharpies though, they bleed through really badly!

Thank you :)

I use those pens to draw the lines. For coloring I usually use either pencils, acrylic paint or markers. But with markers it depends on which kind of marker you use if it bleeds through to other pages.
As for pens, I’d think gel pens & ballpoint pens are least likely to make a mess on other pages. I just prefer working with those stabilo pens, because I find them nicer to draw with.
Also, I’m wondering if maybe different prints/versions of the book may be made of different kind of paper so they may give different results.
