Anonymous asked: do the different versions of wreck this journal have different instructions or is it just the cover that changes?
The extended versions have a couple more pages than the original version. But they’re all the same for the different covers.
pigeonprincess asked: I love your wreck this journal especially because it's so colorful? You paint the pages right? May I ask what kind of paint you use and what kind of markers you write with on top? I just started mine and I haven't found a good way to get enough colors into it yet :)
I use acrylic paints and mostly use stabilo point 88 pens to write/draw.
Other than that I occasionally use colored pencils. I haven’t found a specific kind of marker I like to color with. Don’t use Sharpies though, they bleed through really badly!
tinycharmander asked: No but your journal is really cool and I really like it wow it's so creative!
Thank you :)
brokenhurricane-deactivated2014 asked: Do you have any suggestions for pens that don't bleed through the pages? I'm using Stabilo point 88 pens at the moment, and they make such a mess of the next two or three pages. Thanks in advance! :)
I use those pens to draw the lines. For coloring I usually use either pencils, acrylic paint or markers. But with markers it depends on which kind of marker you use if it bleeds through to other pages.
As for pens, I’d think gel pens & ballpoint pens are least likely to make a mess on other pages. I just prefer working with those stabilo pens, because I find them nicer to draw with.
Also, I’m wondering if maybe different prints/versions of the book may be made of different kind of paper so they may give different results.
